Meta Business API Use Case

WEA AI is a product/platform operated by PT Cahaya Negeri Digital, an Indonesia-based technology company.

WEA AI is operated by PT Cahaya Negeri Digital. The Meta integration is intended only for Facebook Pages that a business explicitly connects to WEA AI using a Page Access Token stored securely per tenant.

WEA AI provides an AI-assisted omnichannel customer support platform. Meta is a core differentiator: businesses can respond to Messenger DMs and public Page comments, then optionally continue the conversation in private DM.

  • Messenger DM support on a connected Facebook Page with AI-assisted replies
  • Read customer comments on Page posts for context-aware public replies
  • Comment-to-DM funnel: reply on the post, then optional private DM follow-up
  • Webhook-driven real-time events (messages, feed comments, messaging_postbacks)
  • Human handoff and operator review through the WEA AI admin workspace
  • Multi-tenant isolation — each business uses its own Page credentials

Subscribed fields include messages, feed, and messaging_postbacks. A Graph API poll fallback may be used when feed webhooks are delayed.

  • pages_messaging — send and receive Messenger DMs
  • pages_read_engagement — engagement metadata for routing
  • pages_read_user_content — read public comments on Page posts
  • pages_manage_engagement — post replies to Page comments
  • pages_manage_metadata — subscribe Page webhooks
  • pages_show_list — list Pages during setup

Authorization

WEA AI only accesses Meta data after the business administrator configures a Page Access Token for their tenant. We do not scrape Facebook or Instagram content without authorization.

Data usage & protection

Meta data is used solely to operate customer support workflows for the connected business. We do not sell customer data or use Page conversations for advertising resale.
